Modify UAC setting in Local Security Policy:
With that setting, the program will run as administrator by default for user (Administrator account).

- Type Secpol.msc to open Local Security Policy editor
- In Local Polies->Security Options, find "User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account" and change it to Disabled.
