Our initial investigations and attempts to upgrade from Selenium 2.x to Selenium 3.x found several issues that have, so far, prevented us from completing this upgrade.
The Selenium 3.x JAR file is much smaller than Selenium 2.x. There are significant 3rd party libraries that have been removed. And some of the API we used from Selenium 2.x is no longer present in Selenium 3.x. At the time of the evaluation it was determined we could not spend the time refactoring SeleniumPlus to incorporate this upgrade.
However, we are expecting to get back to this upgrade when we are able. Hopefully very soon.
