Selenium needs specific driver to communicate with a certain browser; multiple browser drivers can be specified when starting the selenium server so that selenium can talk to those browsers. SeleniumPlus runs with "Firefox", "Chrome" , "IE" and "MicrosoftEdge" browser drivers by default, BUT if you want to run test against other browsers, you need to configure their driver by one of the ways listed below: [SAFS_SELENIUM] ;= WEB_DRIVERS is used to set the specific browser ;= drivers (separated by colon : ) to start with selenium server. ;= IE, Chrome, Firefox and MicrosoftEdge drivers will be started by Default. WEB_DRIVERS=explorer:chrome:MicrosoftEdge
-Dsafs.selenium.web.drivers=explorer:chrome:MicrosoftEdge Defines specific drivers (separated by colon : ) to start with selenium server. By default, IE, Chrome, Firefox and MicrosoftEdge drivers will start up with selenium server.
If we specify the browser drivers ourselves, then they will override the default drivers. Only the specified drivers will start.
